- I never received the email with my license code.
Our email with your license code was probably trapped by a spam filter. Please search your spam or junk mail folder for a message containing the word sigsoftware. If that does not help, contact us and provide an alternative email address.
- I lost my license code. What can I do?
Please contact us and we will gladly resend it to you - we keep them all on file.
- When I enter my enabler codes for a bundled purchase, it says the code I'm entering is for the wrong product.
Please ensure you are copying the correct enabler code for each product from the payment message.
